Booking & Rates
Do you offer a discount for booking direct?
Yes! Book directly with us by phone or email and skip the third-party booking fees. Call (207) 934-4637 or email us.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations require 30 days notice for a refund, less a $50 service charge.
When can I check in and check out?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, rates are guaranteed with an advance reservation and deposit (one night minimum).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.

How far are you from the beach?
Just 75 yards—about a 3 minute walk to the sand.
Do you have parking? Is it free?
Yes, free parking is included—one car per room. No parking for extra vehicles or trailers. Parking permits cannot be transferred to unregistered guests.
Is there WiFi? Is it free?
Yes, complimentary WiFi is available in all rooms.
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
Yes, all rooms have air conditioning and heating.
What's included in the kitchenette rooms?
All rooms include a mini fridge and microwave. Kitchenette rooms add a stovetop and basic cookware.
Do you have a pool? Is it heated?
Yes! We have a heated outdoor pool open during the summer season.
Are the rooms accessible?
We have ground floor rooms available. Please call ahead to discuss your specific accessibility needs and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
What's the minimum stay requirement?
July and August require a 2-3 night minimum stay. Shoulder season has no minimum.
Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
We'll do our best to accommodate early check-in or late check-out when available. Please call ahead to request.
Is smoking allowed?
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in the covered patio and backyard picnic area only.
What's your noise/quiet hours policy?
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We're a family-friendly property and ask that guests be respectful of their neighbors.

What restaurants are nearby?
You're steps from the pier which has dozens of restaurants, bars, and takeout spots. The Lone Pine Brewing taproom is right next door. Ask us for recommendations—we're happy to help!
Is there a grocery store close by?
Hannaford Supermarket is about 2 miles away in Saco. There are also several convenience stores within walking distance.
How do I get to Portland from here?
Portland is about 20 minutes north via I-95. Head to Route 1 North and follow signs to I-95 North toward Portland.
Are you open year-round?
We're open seasonally from late May through mid-October. Check our website or call for exact dates.

Is there daily housekeeping?
Yes, daily housekeeping is included with your stay.
Where can I do laundry?
There's a laundromat in town about a half mile away. Ask at the front desk for directions.
