- All rates are subject to current Maine Sales Tax (currently 9%).
- Rates are guaranteed only on advanced reservations accompanied by a deposit of at least one night’s lodging.
- Holiday and special events are subject to a $10.00 surcharge.
- Deposits are refunded upon notice of 30 days prior to arrival date less a $ 50.00 service charge.
- Reservations during July and August normally require a minimum stay of two or three nights.
- We accept all major Credit Cards.
- Sorry, all of our rooms are non-smoking. Guests are allowed to smoke outside under the covered patio or in the backyard picnic area.
