All rooms feature air conditioning, flatscreen TV, free WiFi, private bathroom with tub or shower, mini fridge, microwave, and daily housekeeping.
Every stay includes free parking (one car per room), access to our heated outdoor pool, and use of our backyard BBQ and picnic area.

Classic Queen

Deluxe Queen (Kitchenette)
1 Queen + 1 Full Bed • Sleeps 4
Full kitchenette with glass-top cooktop, sink, utensils, and cookware. Great for longer stays. Private bath with tub/shower combo and separate vanity.
Deluxe Queen (Lounge)
1 Queen Bed + Pullout Sofa • Sleeps 2-3
Extra sitting space with pullout sofa. Larger bathroom with walk-in shower and separate vanity.

- All rates subject to 9% Maine sales tax
- Rates guaranteed with advance reservation and deposit (one night minimum)
- Holiday and special events include $10 surcharge
- Cancellations: 30 days notice for refund, less $50 service charge
- July and August require 2-3 night minimum stay
- All major credit cards accepted
- All rooms non-smoking (smoking allowed in covered patio and backyard picnic area only)
- No parking for extra vehicles or trailers
- No transferring parking permits to unregistered guests
